  Just received my car today, and could not ask for better service than Matt. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and really cared about the service he was delivering. I felt constantly supported from the point I was trying to make a decision to the point I drove off with the car. Matt was really patient with my lack of knowledge about cars and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

  Wonderful sales service from Matt. We'd been to a few caryards prior to Kia and none of the other yards went close to providing the service we got from Matt and Maria. Matt has excellent product knowledge, detailed all safety features of car and gave us a detailed demonstration of all it's features and why Kia was such a good car. Thank you Matt. I would definitely recommend Kia North Gosford.
  
  Roughly 8 weeks on and we have our new car. Matt again provided excellent service, ensuring that we had a total understanding of the car before we left. Thanks again Matt, highly recommend.

  Wow, what an experience from start to finish, from the first phone call with Matt to purchase and delivery in 10 days. The entire team at KIA were expectational from the moment i walked in, very warm, courteous and welcoming.
  
  The entire team which included Brianna, Maria & Matt went above and beyond to deliver against our needs. As a sales professional myself the skills and professionalism displayed from Matt were of the highest standard and reflected someone of far greater years of experience, Matt was only focused on my needs and the best possible solution for mine and my family's needs. His knowledge of the product he was selling was first class as i had done my research also but didn't know what option to go with.
  
  Even on delivery of the Car Matt set up user profiles and all the Bluetooth to our devices, programmed radio stations, Set home locations and frequent addresses travelled on the Sat Nav, showed us all the cool features and benefits of the car and done so patiently with my 2 younger children being overly excited throughout the process. He is an asset to your business and a fine young man with a great attitude.
  
  Just reading a review from someone 3 weeks ago stating that the positive reviews must only be from family, well i am debunking that defamatory review because i have no affiliation to anyone at Brian Hilton KIA and i find it hard she had a bad experience, could this have been a review from a disgruntled competitor? or a consumer with unrealistic expectations?
  
  In summary this is by far the best sales experience i have encountered and would highly recommend buying through Brian Hilton KIA.

  So delighted with the car buying experience here!
  Not only do we have a gorgeous new Kia, but the whole experience was just delightful.
  No request was too hard for the team, they were fast, efficiant and incredibly friendly.

  Very easy experience buying a car here. They had a carnival sli in stock and kindly made it available to us. Matt was brilliant in his knowledge of the different options and the settings in the car. No question was too hard for him and he proactively reached out to help at every turn.

  Worst dealership experience ever. Sales team was great and reason we decided to buy a Kia. But the finance team completely butched the finance application, back and forth for 5 hours. Then it took us 2 hours arguing back and forth with the sales manager to get our deposit back.
  
  After finally agreeing to get our deposit back drove to northern beaches Kia and had finance approved in 15 minutes.

  Great purchasing experience.
  From first calling Aaron looking at a second hand Carnival, it was a pleasure to deal with Aaron and Robyn through the entire process of purchasing.
  Aaron was great, none of the typical games you get from a car sales person, prompt, clear communication and a straight forward deal without the hoops and games.
  It made it well worth the 90 minute drive (4 dealers closer to home).
  My next car purchase will be from Aaron for sure.

  Positive experience with Brian Hilton Kia Sales Force - Stephanie and Lindsay were a big help getting me into a newer, safer, more fuel efficient car. Went through all the features at time of sale and again when collecting. Even got to choose the colour bow for its gram shot ;)

  I recently purchased a car from Brian Hilton Kia and dealt with Callum. Callum conducted himself with the utmost professionalism all the way from the sale through to the delivery process. Callum was super approachable and extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to give a comprehensive answer to every single one of my questions. He kept me continually updated and was very responsive about the progress of my car and its delivery time. Upon delivery of the vehicle his service did not waiver, and he made sure I was completely happy with the car. I can’t recommend Callum enough !!
