  Beautiful gardens and great atmosphere. This retirement village has a great friendly vibe. Well serviced and maintained. A variety of units are available from time to time.

  Left in disgust after living here just over a year. Some of the issues we had:
  * After settlement, having arranged removalists for the move-in date agreed with the Village, they refused to hand over the keys until our lawyer demanded they be handed over.
  * Most staff were rude and abrupt. Admin staff would argue about performing simple maintenance tasks, and would not log jobs with tradespeople. Had to apply to NCAT on more than one occasion after waiting months for simple maintenance items to be attended. Maintenance staff blatantly overserviced, often taking multiple visits to fix simple issues.
  * Noisy environment, felt like living in an industrial estate, not a retirement village e.g. could hear all the noise from the unit below us; lawns around our unit were mowed up to twice in one day; up to 20 times per day there were staff vehicles driving back and forth, reversing, and parking in front of our unit with their engines running before driving off without doing any work often waking us up very early in the morning including weekends.
  * Potholes in the roads
  * Body corporate fees increased without residents being given a reasonable opportunity to vote
  * Entry payment was paid back late despite the village being allowed up to 60 days to pay after termination under the lease.
