  Bought a new van last year.....unfortunately still waiting for the floor mats and aerial....the date just keeps getting pushed back and I have had to keep chasing it as no one is ringing me to keep me updated. Floor is now scuffed. Very unhappy with service. Will let you know when I finally get my mats and aerial.....and to answer your response....I shouldn't have to DM you my rego.....how about you go check with your staff and follow up on all the people still waiting for things...my name will be there. If I had known I wasn t going to get these items straight away or soon after I would have bought elsewhere. Floor mats are pretty important to avoid early damage to the car.

  A very professional organisation. Salesman, Wayne Brown, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and ensured the car we wanted to buy suited our personal needs. Highly recommend Central Coast Mitsubishi.

  Very poor service department. Continually cut off, and when you eventually get through, do not answer the phone. Unlike when booths was owned by Kevin, the service and customer care is pathetic. Would not recommend and am horrified to see what the service charges would be. Great car, poor dealership. And the web page says “not busy at this time”………… salt in the wound.

  Very good car.
  I personally have a good experience with the sales team (Dhani), communication has been on time and efficient, car was delayed due to unexpected circumstances but he's kind to offer a swap with something equivalent in stock so I don't have to keep waiting.
  Delivery from dealer to my house was smooth without hassle.

  Worst sales person I’ve ever talked too! Dhani I think his name was, was so rude didn’t know much about the car I answered my own questions by looking at the car it was very bad! Asked to do me a deal and I’d but the car today he said no we don’t do deals offered $48.000 way over my budget didn’t want to do anything to help. I got the same exact car with 5 accessories for $45,500 from another new dealership! He was shocking!
