  They forgot the beef in my cheeseburger. I'll just repeat that to let it sink in. They FORGOT the BEEF in my cheeseburger.
  
  I contacted McDonald's, and received an email from the Customer Experience Manager for this branch. I replied asking for my meal to be replaced, but never received any further response.
  
  This is how McDonald's provides quality products and customer service.

  It can be quite busy at peak times but it's open 24 hours which is excellent. Plenty of parking, double ordering lanes in the drive thru and generally not too much wait time. They also haven't ever gotten my order incorrect either.

  We go through this Wyoming fairly regularly, and more often than not, the staff behind the payment window are rude or short and at times don't acknowledge the customer.
  Today, a group of friends and I ordered through the mymaccas app as there was a lot of food and we thought it would be easier for the staff if it was done online. I paid with my card, the payment was processed and the funds removed form my account. I the drove 5 mins down to the restaurant, waited in the drive through line and was told that the payment hadn't processed properly and that they needed another form of payment. I informed them of the money that had left my account and the staff told me that the money would be refunded in three business days, but they would still need immediate payment before my order was cooked and given out.
  I told the staff that I would have to go home, get my wallet and return. 7 mins later, I returned only to be told that my order was cancelled, the food (which I was previously told hadn't been cooked yet) was thrown out because it sat under the heat for too long, and that I would need to reorder and pay for the entire meal again.
  
  This is the last time I am going to this McDonald's, the customer service I received was abysmal and uncaring. At no point did the staff or manager try to remedy the issue, they just told me that it was basically out of their hands. I'd like to think that this was a one off difficulty, but my dash-cam footage of the service I've received today and in the past is indicative of a larger problem within McDonald's Wyoming and extremely poor customer service as a whole.

  Paid for 3 sauces, got none.
  The fries were a simple 15 chips in each order, there was probably more salt than anything. Also ordered a burger and got the complete opposite of what I ordered. I usually order a normal burger with just the beef (I like putting my own things on it) and got everything but that. No beef, but instead every condiment and topping.
  If you're going to hire newer people, at least make sure they know what to do.

  This is basically what you want McDonald's to be. Everything is hot and fresh when you receive it, and it doesn't take too long to get. Staff are always polite too.

  Popped in to have a hot chocolate. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Only one girl working in the cafe. In busy times you really should have more than one person manning the cafe. I went elsewhere & got my hot drink within 5 minutes.

  I usually get coffee there nearly every day. The coffee was fantastic! The only place I'd get coffee from. But they've changed their coffee beans and now the coffee tastes really bitter and I'm starting to not get coffees there anymore because I just don't like the taste.

  Very good ???? Unfortunately can't say same for McDonald's Albion Park Rail who charged for the drink that comes with the kiddy Happy Meal.
